I've always wondered about this since mine's RR, and mentioned it to my friend. He said "the only cars that look good like that are all-out hardcore racecars with sponsor stickers all over them."
I tried it in PS. I listened to him. Still interested to see how those look though!

Is that the same red as Rally Red? Looks a bit darker...

 

^^ what i was thinking... if you go with a COMPLETLY different red (like burgandy or pink) you could pull it off or if you colour match it may look oKaY just hope you didn't go close to but not quite RR.

I am very interested in seeing this because i've always been a fan of exotic colour wheels and wanted to go bright purple with mine just didn't have the *****. Hope this turns out well and can't wait man!

i would do your calipers a dark gloss black, with those rims and your RR your **** would be ideal

I would go with a different color than black for calipers. Something that will pop behind the red wheels would be better. Like Gold on the STi brembos.

 

got them on yesterday and OMG its soooooooooooo sexxxyyyyyy...i cant believe it hasnt been done or done more often!!!!! i need to get my rear fenders rolled and i should have pics by sunday or mon...... i could post a ****y cell pic but that would take all the fun out of it....as far as the wheels being darker....they match pretty darn well esp for being fresh paint!!! i plan on doing black calipers with red brembo's
