Friend w/ New $2800 Camera = Photoshoot
Truth. Skillz iz lacking.
Needs to look at some editing tutorials.
Example, 2nd picture, your car is muddy and flat. Clearly he bought a $2800 camera thinking that it would take the sickest photos evar. He must shoot on auto mode because the camera compensated its exposure for the sun being in the shot, so it stopped down to the extreme, hence why your car came out pretty underexposed. Or he just doesnt know how to shoot in manual mode properly.
$10,000 camera or $400 camera on auto mode, they all do essentially the same basic functions: change shutter speed, change iso, and/or change aperture.

It's just the fact that everyone who clicked this thread probably expected really nice pictures including I and are disappointed when they see the pics. Pictures look over processed.
I'm not a huge fan of fisheyes in most cases, and I hate non-level shots.
Combine the two, with some unholy distortion of the evo's clean lines - me no likey.
I'm just getting into photography now so I'm still getting to grips with the whole thing but yeah, I can recognise mediocre work!
