Is there any other wheel makers/brands out there besides Volk, Enkei and BBS? I like them but every evo has them, i'm tired of seeing them, every mag the evos have the TE's or Enkei RPF-1. I'm just sayn. haha
I'd get the RE's out of your lot you have selected

The Formula finish was nice I agree, its a matter of opinion on what Volk wheel people like more. There was actually a thread on which Volk wheel people like better. I think what car the wheel goes on is also a factor. Some wheels look better on other cars.

I'll post a side pic of the BBS. They will go into the garage. The Azenis are brand new. It will be easier to sell the car next year if I do step up to a MR-T. New tires on Mint rare silve BBSs.

thx for the pic, I plan to go with the 18x9.5 +22 IF I get the RE30s, they have the L2 face and the spokes cave in.

If you look below, this is a pic from newerparts site and it shows the faces of the RE30. The L1 and L2 faces come with the bigger lip and nicer cave on the spokes. The L2 spokes really cave in and gives the lip and even bigger appearance. In the 18x9.5 you have to go to the +22(which needs a 3 mm spacer to clear Brembos up front) to get the L2 face.

Actually that section that you see hanging below the lip under the car is not part of the lip. Its a section that was attached to the stock lip with a bunch of clamps which were not a direct fit onto the CF lip. Its why you see that ends kinda of hanging down as a results of the clamps giving out. Doesn't matter, you can't see them unless you get under the car so no biggie.

this guy cracks me up with his negativity. the only person in the entire thread with something negative to say.

well looks like I am leaning back to the RE30s now... I will most likely pull the trigger tomorrow since I have a 3 month wait ahead of me

Well I went with the RE30s in Chrome Silver, 18x9.5 +22. I went with the lower offset as I wanted the L2 face on the wheels. They should be here in 60-90 days so now just gotta wait.

Thanks to Logan at Darkside Eng
