I answered the question. I know a shop in Huntington Beach called GEM Tech. I just called them earlier today and they quoted me for $250 for all four wheels and will take 7 days to do them.

$75 + ( 4 x $35) = $215. Not $250. Something doesn't add up.

No Vince, I have to bring just the wheels. I have to bring my wheels and tires to a tire shop and let them take off the tire.

Damn, those prices are even better than he said. Maybe you should get the red wheels...might look like the opposite of how my car will soon look.

Yeah, I was thinking of Red too. I played the GT3 and got the black Evo VII with red wheels. They looked hot while watching the replay.

Hey guys, anyone know of a good powder coating place in the San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and possibly even Austin areas? Preferably a shop with the ability to do as close to the red on our valve covers as possible, will be powder coating a 1st Gen BOV with the Dejon Tool leak stop kit. I will eventually use this with the Buschur UIP kit. Any help would be greatly appreciated because the one shop that I talked to would only do it if they had a big project to spray and would do mine at the same time, problem being is that they rarely if ever do any projects in any other color than red and don't want to clean out all of there equipment to spray a color other than black, especially for a job as small as a BOV.

Thanks in advance,
Josh

A white car with blue wheels would be sick... Think of some of the JGTC Skylines - I've seen a couple with blue wheels. NICE. Just a thought.

Another advantage of having a white Evo.... hmmm should I have bought a white one instead of blue??
