I bought a seibon CF DL style lip from a vendor on here for my evo 8. Quick question,

Are they supposed to come pre-drilled?

Mine did not witch threw me off. I thought these were supposed to be top of the line and dont need any modification to install. I know it takes about 10 mins to drill holes but thats not the point. Just wondering if all seibon is like that?

I have one myself and they do not come pre-drilled.
