Hi all,

I wanted share some pics of my car being repainted at the body shop. Car is about 50% complete.

The new color is called star fire pearl of the Lexus Is 350. Sorry pics may be a little crappy because i didnt have a proper camera with me and took picks on my iphone.

JDM rear is a Replica since i knew that i wanted to get my fenders flared a little and the rear bumper would require some work, as well as custom paint

Side skirts are Voltex and I am keeping the OEM evo 9 bumper with the Greddy lip in the front

this is perfeect that's what i want to do, except just exterior my car already is white

one question, i noticed your car is getting painted in stages, i heard for pearl it has to be painted all at the same time with the same paint mix or else it will come out all weird uneven

 

what kind of intake filter is that man?

haha i used zip ties for the inner tire weld too lol. cant wait to see pics of the finish product GL.

 

I've seen this transformation right in front of my face lol. Its bein done right up the road from my house lol coming out nice too

 

Can't wait to see the complete finished product. I'm a HUGE fan on the Lexus pearl's & any pearl white.

Love the wheels.... Are those the 18x9.5 +15s? I have the same set on my widebody 99 Legacy GT. Nice color choice as well.
