Wus sup everyone... names alex... currently deployed overseas and former evo owner. sold my baby before i left, after only owning her for 9 months... it was a 05 ApexSilver MR that i got for 26gs in 08 with 30k miles. i am now at the end of my deployment n planning to relocate to florida (orlando). At the present time i reside in the USVI... and as u can imagine it is a B**** to get even the simplest of parts shipped over... My I've been window shopping online (if there is such a thing) to find a car that wouldnt rape my wallet... finally a dealership in ohio posted one that i knew i had to have and whereas my first evo was more for DD and looks with simple boltons... this one will be the exact opposite...
got the car for 12.5 only one former owner... (older male) bank manager kept the car completely stock aside from slotted rotors n a CBE. He de-winged it because it was to extreme for his taste. exterior IMO is 9-10 no scratches, dent or even rock chips were found on the front end. interior 8-10 usually the drivers seat has wear... but even that was babied. Engine Bay 7-10 Clean, Stock

Pictures of my old EVO...

and thank you everyone for the comments...
yea... i really liked my old evo n being that there are only 5 on island (me having the only silver) it made me enjoy the color even more (best color to show off the fenders IMO). i wanted to make more power with the car but not having a dyno in the Virgin Islands made that impossible to achieve.
i do however have much bigger plans for this one once i get to fl... first batch of parts will be ordered when i get home... (2weeks-maybe sooner) searching for a good dd coilover setup and names of reputable tuning companys... any suggestions...?
Trending Topics
it has 138k... former owner was a bank manager i was told he drove long ways to and from work... he traded the car in for a 2010 Evolution MR... never modified and still runs on the factory clutch... miles wasnt a factor in the search process... mainly because my intent is to purchase a completely new shortblock n head... along with suspension...

exterior: jdm tails, blacked out heads, n either a cf lip or ix front with se-lip...
engine: complete rebuild with buschur racing 2.0 sb, stage 3 head, ff turbo manifold and possibly a 3586 kit... clutch kits leaning towards exedy to handle the power... open to suggestions...
not much planned for the interior as i find it very comfortable as is... maybe minor audio upgrades... but thats not on my priority list for this car (unless i find a very good deal
lol)Can anyone help me out... im looking for reputable dyno shops that are out in Florida (haven't been there enough to know which shops from which) dont want to get stabbed with fake numbers...
also any coilover suggestions for the above mentioned would be awesome... thanx
wus sup evom... so i've decided to give a lil update... got back from overseas... finally got to see my car in person and i was excited all over again (second evo)... i only had 3weeks to spend with the car so i did a few things... nothing major (yet)...
exterior:
tb vortex generator (rexpeed)
d-style cf front lip (rexpeed)
jdm tails
interior:
cf guage cluster (rexpeed)
ams cf knob
ebay cf style shift boot
cf overlay for center compartment (rexpeed)
performance wise:
ets intake w/hard pipe
greddy type RZ bov
cf engine damper (rexpeed)
Suspension:
Megan Racing Street Coilovers (not yet installed)... Thank you Zeus for the awesome deal...
The headlights are being done by myself... I personally like how the USDM Evo IX headlights look... Only flaw for me is that i wish the housing was flat black as the JDMs are... Almost done with the headlights (one completed) however i need the lens and amber portion to complete the next (originally jdm)...
When i first saw her she was dirty... 3 months with no washing... but i thought she was the sexiest thing in the world...

While i was there i met up with some guys at Advance Auto Parts... needless to say i had my first unofficial shoot on that same day...

So here are some pics of the car with the added parts...
