I'm confused on what hella flush is too. I think it's when the rims/tires kinda stick out past the fenders too much... but it looks ridiculous and completely AWFUL. But people always talk about it. So I don't know if it's a joke or if people actually dig it.

If so... the rpf's on my x were definitely stomach-wrenchingly hella flush on my VIII.

Ruined my day.
