Since other people are making suggestions, here was my list in another thread:

my .02 cents..
-not to make them hard and complicated (example of hard- white rhd evo with yellow hood and blue fender )
-allow 24 hrs or so for the request to be changed (only if no one was able to get it and everyone agrees to move on)
-only NEW pics! no old ones from harddrive (means go out and complete the challenge.. makes it FUN )
-No duplicating request (there is many out there, no point in doing it again)
-your allowed to have a similar type of request (example: evo in garage or evo outside of garage)
-No points (keeps it fun and less biiiiishing)
-Pics have to be of YOUR CAR (not a friends, not a loaner, not your baby brother or sister) unless you do own 2 EVOs.. in that case your good
-If two ppl post pics of the current challenge at the same time then the first one to post in the thread WINS
-Challenge has to be in BOLD and UNDERLINED and posted after every preREQUEST is met
-Must be as specific as possible (if you want) in your request. after its made no editing and adding things to it unless its been 24hrs
-Person that makes the request approves to see if their challenge was met
