be forwarned on getting the cheepest CF parts... i do CF for my day job( aerospace components)
things to check for
Resin types, is it UV stable?
All CF or just one layer?
mounts? are they just screwed into the composite or are they nutplates?

i've seen some really nice CF parts then i've seen complete CRAP!voids twisted weave you name it

Cheap and carbon fiber do not belong in the same post. To answer your question, I'm sure Manny, Moe and Jack down at Pep Boys can hook you up with a real nice APC (sort of) CF hood and trunk. While you're there, we'll make sure someone steals your Evo and gives it to someone who wouldn't dare defile their Evo with garbage. Good luck!
