Sweet build.. I'm a Buschur fan personally.. one quick.. probably stupid question with the coating.. It appears the coating is on the inside too.. With high EGT #'s is it possible for the coating to peel or flake off.. Would there be damage to result? Just curious..

The car reached the owner's goals on the dyno yesterday considering the power robbing issues.

He won't have any issues, we've coated hundreds of manifolds with zero issues

I'll post a vid later today of the dyno. Since you two are in here. I want to thank Jorge for the tune and Carlos for the coating. Jorge and JMS has been there helping me with the car for the past year and a half to get things where they need to be. I would also like to thank Excessive Performance. They were able to get me all the remaining parts that were needed for me to get the car running and actually start it for the first time.

Check back later for the vid. This is part one of the dyno. It will be goin back again on higher boost and with the exhaust issues fixed.

Thanks man...once all the minor issues are resolved it will make a good amount more power and run the times you want it.

Jon (spooledtsiawd) exemplifies what a racer truly is.

Nice video Jon....even with the pre-turbo exhaust leaks we would've picked up more power past 7500 rpms where you can see the dip in the hp/tq. The AFR's went overlyrich at that point but after making the necessary adjustments in the Haltech we decided keep from dynoing more due to another minor issue that arose.

so if im reading correctly thats 616whp 505tq for you boss. Nice deal i thought you were selling this car because of tranny issues and you just wanted out of it. Guess you decided to keep at it. Those are like my numbers but im on 2.4 and your on 2.0 with fatter turbo both bby family thats all that matters. Maybe just maybe ill see you around when i come back down to JMS Racing.
