2005 Satin black/copper pearl, FPBlack powered, 550awhp Evo VIII
Thanks for the comments guys! I do appreciate the critiques as well. This car is not finished yet, so a lot of your suggestions are already planned. Still figuring out a few things, emblems being one of them.
For questions regarding price on this kind of paint job, it will run you from 2500-6000 depending on who's doing it. A lot of people have asked if this was hard to do. The base and mid-coat were normal. The clear coat is pretty much like normal clear coat. The difference here is that the clear we used has a flattener added, which creates the satin look. The mixture is what determines how flat the clear will become. This clear dries fast, which can cause overspray problems, which will also effect how flat the clear looks. Case-in-point, it's a pain in the ***. The end result for me was exactly what i was looking for. Took awhile to get the color and sheen perfect.
I did not paint the car, but was present during most of the process.

I'm having pro pics taken soon. I'll post up links to high-rez versions in this thread once finished.
There are no Dings. There is one small crease in the driver side rear wheelwell that got overlooked arter the fenders were rolled during prep. This will be fixed. I purposely left the engine bay alone and opted to keep it red. I'm not going to spend another 2grand to rip everything out. This is NOT a show car guys.
