I felt my car had been neglected long enough and needed some high quality, hand fabricated parts on it! This is so i can show people/customers my car when they ask about my products.
first my prototype O2 dump out the hood never fit the way i wanted it to, so i decided when i would redo it, I would use all .049 wall 625 inconel tube on the job. i also wanted to utilize a 2 and 3/8th" dump tube over my original 2" design. so here is what i came up with.
these pics are installed on a customers car, but i wanted to show how perfect the slash cut angle was on matching the hood.

here she is before dump was welded

and the dump welded on

Next one my list was a new (brushed) manifold rather then a coated to also show off the quality of my welds.
so here is my new Sch40 All stainless manifold with a hand ported gasket matched head flange. Large runner as always.

also wanted to show the size of the bevel on the sch40 pipe, all single pass welded.

here the same weld is all finished

here is my collector after being welded

and the collector all done and ported

and here the finish parts look like on my mock up motor

thanks for looking, should have some more pics and updates on my evo soon

I am amazed at the quality of work you do! I know I've said it before but each time you post something new it blows me away.
Maybe if I upgrade to a different turbo I'll consider you guys for a new ff manifold.

^ Pretty lucky to have a guy like you in our community.
Thanks for always posting up your work. Its just impressive to say the least.
Hope to order your stock replacement manifold for my VIII very soon. The one a few photos above (the brushed version) is just awesome.

Here is a custom 3" recirc v band o2 housing that clears everything just fine. no slash cuts or crazy angles, just nice smooth transitions. Also was able to make a 2.5" merge very clean.
the 3'' side is 304l stainless .065 wall.
the 2.5" merge is 625 inconel .049 wall.
the whole down pipe for this set up is 100% CP2 titanium and should come in weighing near nothing. more pics of that later.
this is not done and not ported, but i couldnt wait to throw some pics up.

was very happy with this v band weld...
