finally some time to post a few things.

here is a custom evo set up im working on. My goal was to take the same great design from my V band Forward Facing manifold and shrink it into a normal facing v band set up and utilize a proper wastegate position.

specs on manifold, full stainless using 1.25 Sch40 runners

o2 housing full 3", no slash cuts, full 321 stainless.
dump tube, thin wall 321 stainless.

down pipe is all 321 stainless using custom 625 Inconel Flex bellows

collector welds

ported

tear drop

set up

teaser of the start of the down pipe...

random aluminum weld from this week

start of race catch can

thats it for now everyone...

Instead of having the turbo horizontal, why not design it so that it is slanted up? This way the hotside it pointed at a downwards angle and you can have more room for a better angled o2 housing? Example now its like this -- so angle it like this / but more at a 45* angle.

PS I really like that flex section of the downpipe. I always hated the really bulky flexes.

Then the turbo would have oiling issues... 15degrees max before problems. I feel the set up turned out great, I honestly wouldn't change a thing.

Thanks for the comment the flex bellow is Multi layered 625 Inconel, really enjoy using these!
