- vinyl trunk wrap
- front lip
- rear diffuser

window visors are oem. vortex generators are oem. side skirts had to be put on because my right one was destroyed. its not like i wanted to put those on but had no choice. mitsu sells the oem side skirts for 500$a side. had mudflaps all around but recently removed the rears and didnt have time for the fronts. i was going to remove them but might not since they actually do help with rock chips down the side of my car.

seems to me you like stock cars with no mods. but thats fine. i like to make my car different from everyone else's.
so how do you feel about factory mr's that come with VG and window visors?you think those are on the brink of being overdone?

then you insult me posting that horrible picture? saying my car is heading in that direction? grow up man

plus this thread is on the rexpeed diffuser not "hey guys check out all my mods and give me your opinions"

^Wasnt supposed to be an insult, and as clearly stated I did NOT say i didnt like it... (damn, a double negative!)

visors are an OEM accessory, vortex generators are also an accessory you chose to put on. Side skirts: sorry to hear there was damage!

I have plenty of mods on my car, some of them are a bit more subtle. (Lack of window tint is due to stigmatism issues in low light situations, would prefer to have it on)

Also, the argument that something is OEM, therefore its perfect isnt a valid argument. Case in point, the car below is 100% OEM, please let me know if it looks good.

thats actually an awesome car for camping. you get the security of camping out in the back of the car instead of outdoors in a tent.very convenient and im sure that car wasnt going for looks but for functionality.
just because you dont like it doesnt mean its a horrible thing.

99% of my parts are all functional. i dont see anything wrong with that.

i dont get it though, you have mudflaps and a lip but say im overdoing it with those items?

oh well, dont really care. please leave my thread if you are trying to start an argument. KTHXBI HAVE A NICE DAY!

Nope, not starting an argument.

You made a thread and I gave my input in a respectful way. You werent personally insulted (although you may choose to think so), your car wasnt bashed and I gave my logical argument respectfully and without spite (will spell it out for you, again. The sum of having all those items tacked on at the same time is nearing the point of being overdone.)

i just dont understand i guess. you have a lip. you have mud flaps. so if you were to add window visors and a VG, which comes stock on mr's, your car would also be to the point of over doing it?

I think the car looks very nice, although I do understand where Ryan is coming from. My only advice in the matter of making the car look less busy is removing the Di-noc and maybe some VII taillights. Other than that I think the car looks awesome.

Oh and the diffuser is definitely a keeper! Just needs the silver tabs hidden with some black rattle can.

hate VII tails. di-noc is there to cover up scratches. im keeping the di-noc. a lot cheaper then re-painting. plus i like the carbon look. dont think i would get a real carbon fiber trunk because im not worried about weight. hta35 on e85 is enough to not notice the weight.

i was thinking of painting the bolts but decided not to. looks just fine as it is to me.

running around -3 right now. it was initially done that way to keep the tires from rubbing. i already lifted the rear enough that it wont rub anymore. im just waiting for my buddys shop to not be so busy so i can take it up there and go to around -2 degrees

Don't be so dense. You posted a giant picture of a hideous car and suggested that's the direction he was going. Posting stuff like that is disrespectful and confrontational. It's called tact for f*** sake. See how i'm not using it??. Admit your posting was distasteful and stop flooding this guy's thread trying to get the last word in.

Anyway, back on topic. I'd paint the hardware. It's still visible from eye level and kinda stands out.
