How about an agressive tire thread??

So, lets see if this works. What about an aggressive tire thread? Must be running a minimum of, what, a 255? I am in the market for some new wheels with some MEATS! Post them up!

This is the one car leaning me towards 17x9 fno1rc. I just love the stout look!

aggressive tires! minimum should be 265. 255 is typical already!

I agree,255 seems to be the most used width.

could be an awesome thread. I agree though, 255 is too small.

this should be called the anti-hella flush thread. or "I actually care about performance when I choose my tires thread". I dont know if I have any pics but I run 17x9.5 rpf1s with a beefy 265 Z1. No stretch, not overly stuffed on the wheel, handles great. tho fender work required! ill see if I have any pics...

I think 255 is about as wide as you would want to go. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Look at the post above mine

245-255 is the biggest I would go on a stock width rim. Maybe even just 245 because I think that the 255 would bulge too much and make the tire feel "mushy".
