Hey Guys,

Might be a silly question, but what is the difference between a Voltex GT Type 5 & Type 5V wing?

The Voltex website claims the 'V' is more suited for a street car, but doesn't say how.

Any help is much appreciated.

lol think they are same wing just one is in a V stance and one is straight up. Some people like the V stance i personally think its hideous but to each there own

And you're right, the 5V looks a little odd.

 

It really comes down to personal styling preferences. There isn't a 'performance' benefit between the two versions. In some cases, the V-Mount can look pretty clean.

 

What width wing combines with the 5v version?
