No offense taken at all Karash...thats not my style. I am 35 and a layed back individual.
R & D is never done on our budget though unless it is for our personal vehicles. I am just offering an alternative I have folks sending way more valuable things than that with no problems if trust IS a factor.
But with most projects and parts made someone has to be the "donor"...unfortunately. For that armrest Dan from MachV sent his original along with some other interior parts we'll work on for the EVO owners.
Hell, I feel ya' though...I wouldn't pay $400 either for mud flaps either (that would be for my engine budget!)...whether to have molds made or not...especially when a full set of real carbon fiber mud flaps are a little over half the price if you know how to acquire them.
But point is if someone ALREADY had some mud flaps and wanted full carbon or kevlar ones made it can be done very cheaply for them. Don't buy them just to have carbon ones made.

I have seen this guys flaps on 2 subaru's and they seem to be very durable, cover well, and look decent. Oh, and they aren't $400 bucks either!

I know it might not be what you want, but they really don't bother me, mainly because I didn't buy them for looks, I bought them because they were built strong and they do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Anyway, I just thought you might need to see some pictures of them on my car.
