Since you bought the bullet, do you feel that it is too loud? I see that you're in CA so you know how the cops are, and I'm in the market for an exhaust right now.

It is definitely loud, but it's tolerable. you can mess around with the throttle and you can sort of control the sound when the cops are around. I went from a Trust Ti-R and got pulled over in Cali so many times.

If you want to be safe, i do have a Tanabe Touring Medallion for sale, it looks clean, and also is designed to be very quiet at low rpms, but sounds like a beast at WOT.

lmk if you want it and i can give you a good deal.

Jealous of the D7000. I sold off my 70-200vr to get a D7000 and sell off my D90 but ended up using the money to get a DD.

Which lens were you shooting with?

did you end up going to B2 to get your fenders pulled? i just picked up a d7000 too! i thought you were shooting with a t2i? the revalved bilsteins with my spec r's rides nice, but a bit harsh on hwy 87.

I shot the pics with a 50mm f/1.8

I didn't get a chance to go to B2 yet, but i might have to if i want to run 255s . Yea i got rid of the T2i because i got an amazing deal on the D7000 and i'm glad i made the switch. Good to hear from you!

i highly recommend the tokina 11-16 if you're in the marked for a wide angle, i love mine
