The AMS street core intercooler was replaced in favor of a Nisei Engineering intercooler and sponsorship vinyl was applied

Dude I am in love with your car, imo I'm not a big fan of the nose chop, but i love the way the back taillights match, are those smoked JDM lights?

Next it was time to do some work on the interior. I modified my gauge cluster to accept and AEM wideband air/fuel ratio gauge and picked up some slightly sun faded Bride seats from my friend Jeremy (EvoKid03) and brought them back to life.

The gauge cluster mod caught on to a few friends and I ended up doing a few more times. (Not my car)

looks good!

BTW, why don't you like after-market intakes for stock turbo?

To be clear, I am all for a MAF adapter and an open element filter, I am against a MAF pipe. They don't gain any power and you lose some driveability/tuneability. They can change the way the air flows and basically disrupt the flow through the MAF. Some cars it is a bigger issue than others but the bottom line is that if you are running a stock sized inlet its a waste of money and you risk your car running like crap. Can you change the MAF scaling and get the car to run better? Yes. Would you be flowing more air with a mass air pipe? No, the bottleneck still exists (turbo) and the stock intake tube smooths the flow much better than a 3" intake hooked up to a 3" long silicone reducer. I could do on for a bit but I digress. The cost/benefit ratio along with the drawbacks make it a 'do not' in my book.

They are USDM tails modified to look like JDM Evo 8 tails, except I did the turn signal a dark silver and applied some tint to the exterior of the turn signal only.

Thanks! The Volks found a new home, so no more mismatched yellows!
