"JUNK BOX" Complete!! 8s???
Hey Everone,
My name is Joey and im sure some of you has seen my previous build threads of the "Junk Box" I figured since its 2011 and the car has been complete, i want to make a new thread of whats to come As of 5-21-11, the car has been fired up, looked over, and i took her home. Man did it feel good driving the car again after 7 months. From last season to now, I have made some big changes with my setup and drivetrain. I always wanted to do a Front Facing turbo kit, seeing that i was with stock appearing turbos for 2 years. Fp Red and Fp Black! I have had some time to think about what setup i wanted to do. Me and Strictly Modified came up with idea on what motor and turbo setup to do. I would like to keep this thread more picture based and videos instead of me writing, but i am going to break down what the "Junk Box" consists of:
UPDATES ON PAGE 52. WENT BACK TO THE TRACK THIS PAST WEEKEND AND WENT 9.1@159.88MPH. 8 SECOND PASS TO COME!!! GOING BACK THIS WEEKEND!

I might be leaving some things out. This is the setup the car is on this year. I have set goals for myself every year in my car. My goal is simply to make a 8 sec pass. I dont care if it is 8.99, as long as i get that 8 sec slip I know its not going to be easy, a lot of peoples goals this year is to get a 8 sec slip, im just addding to the list and hopefully we can all do it!
I just finished breaking in the car this weekend. Car is going to SM to get oil change, new drivetrain fluids, Re torque the head, and boost leak test and will be going to the Dyno on Friday! The plan is to bring the car to the track on Monday. All weekend there is events at are local track Goals are to make 750ish on the Mustang dyno
Before i start with the Pics and Videos, there is a few people i would like to thank. First is Strictly Modified. Awesome group of guys, been building my cars for 4 years. They all know there stuff and i recommend anyone who is looking to get the Evo worked on, give them a call Second is Chicago Motor cars in West Chicago Illinois. I know the owner real well and has done business with him in the past. He gave me a small sponsorship this season and i really appreaciate it. The quality of his manifolds are out of this world. Im so glad i went with this manifold and anyone who is looking for a FF mani, give collin a call or PM Fourth, is Quarter Master. Quarter master asked if i can test out there new 8 leg version last season and i accepted and has been nothing but success. Will never put any another Clutch in my Evo besides QM. Third, is all my supporters, Devin Tuned (Boostin Performance), Spark Tech ignitions, Friends, family who had supported and been there at the track and off. Now we have to go 8s

Car sounds so sick! Its ready to be in boost haha I will be updating this thread through this season along with the Build thread. I will have more pics and videos up real soon.
