Yes they are XXR 521. Quality is 7/8-10. You can def tell its no Advan or Work rim. It has it's flaws from the factory but mainly in the barrels. The spokes from the front look fine but from behind(where noone will see anyways along with the barrels) you can see how the quality of the rim isn't the greatest. The rivets could use lock washers or nylon lock nuts from behind because they sometimes become loose, but it's not an expensive issue at all.
But onto the good. For a set of 18x10 for the price, it's near unbeatable. It's a great looking wheel and I haven't had one person question the quality of the rim by looking at it on the car. I DO run the center caps that say XXR so I'm not embarrassed to be questioned by doubters. I haven't run them for very long yet but they are holding up fine, no bends from the 245/35/18 with stiff sidewalls and I have hit quite a few hard bumps. If your not super "cool" and need to show off your money, then I'd say this is a great wheel and buy for those who like the style. The price is UNBEATABLE, but don't expect Volk quality from a set of rims that cost 1/5th the price.

Yea man don't use that foam brush over your paint especially black. Take it out in the sun and look at it now, you'll see what we're talking about. I wouldn't even use one of those brushes if it was brand new.
