I remember you from LGT. I'm Windyroad over there, I'm in the same boat as you where. Wanting 400ish hp in the LGT or stock it out and trade it in for a Evo.
To me its more of a headache to try and mod the LGT and get out of what I want, where I can buy a Evo 9 do pretty much what I have done to my LGT now and make more power.

I just have regular 2.5GT Limited. I'm waiting to see if I can find a clean SE or a clean 9 RS if their out there when I'm ready.

No need to worry about the 4G63 being troublesome with extensive engine modification. You would need to be pushing it extrememly hard (more than you could afford or take power wise) to find its limits.
