I am sure there are many books and websites detailing how to go about it.

I am too lazy to type it all out but I do recommend being very patient
Also proper materials is essential, cheaping out on a cheap gun, paint, sand paper, etc will come back and bite you in the end.


Not too little, full 3 inches all the way back. No cat, no muffler.

 

Yes the bay is black. I will be pulling the motor hopefully this winter but not sure if I will paint it or not.
