I'd get rid of the orange in the headlight, but I wouldn't go all black. Murdered out cars, aka all black, suck. You need contrast to make the details of the car pop.
I wouldn't do any carbon fiber. JDM rear is cool, but not the cats meow. New wheels will set the car off, a JDM rear will not.

Also cleaning up the rust or painting the exhaust would be a subtle improvement. Maybe ditch the flashy A-pillar gauges?Aside from that, very clean car amigo
