"Rising like a Phoenix" rebuild

A few weeks ago my baby was hit by a soccer mom driving her SUV with no shoes on while talking on the phone and drinking coffee.. Apparently (according to johnny law) I was at fault for this - but that's another story... So, since insurance was nice enough to NOT total the car, I'm rebuilding her the way I've planned on since buying her, just a little ahead of schedule.
Here's what she's getting done:

New IX HID headlights
New IX front bumper
New Bayson R front lip
Seibon CWII carbon fiber hood
C-Speed +20mm front fenders
JDM Rear bumper
HKS Carbon Titanium Exhaust
Rexspeed Carbon fiber Type-C spoiler
AMS FMIC
Mishimoto aluminum radiator
Stainless aluminum radiator pipes
Stock ported/coated manifold
17x9.5 Rota P45 in Sport bronze with 255x45x17
Fresh E85 tune
Re-spray of the whole car (sticking with the Electric Blue cause I love it)

Here's how it looked before the accident

Here's the carnage from the accident..

And the tear down begins...

I'll keep things updated as they come in. So far the shop has the car completely sanded, they rolled the rear fenders and smoothed out any imperfections they found in the body. And replaced the radiator support. Parts are trickling in slowly due to the holidays.

Thanks everyone. I hate seeing her like this... The cool thing is that the shop doing the work is a small place just getting started so they are really trying to go above and beyond on my car to use it as an example of their work. They are widening the rear fenders 10mm to match the front fenders (20mm wider). Also, doing a complete re-spray on the car instead of trying to blend it.
They've been really easy to work with too. If you need work done in the Denver area, definitely look them up. Shop is called Auto Focus in Westminster. PM me if you want their details.

Finally got some parts in:
JDM Rear
hood
radiator support
radiator and polished hoses
Aerocatch hood pins
ARP head studs
fender liners
Bayson R front lip
Ported exhaust manifold

Still waiting on the front bumper and fenders. Actually I had to order the fenders from another vendor since the first vendor sent them and they were completely smashed. When I tried to get them replaced they told me to F*$k off... So I stopped payment and told them to suck it
I should have a couple of updated pics by mid week after I go back up to deliver these parts.
Car is coming along slowly.

The company I originally ordered the fenders from was ExpressAerokits.com The basically put them in a cardboard box wrapped in plastic. No packaging at all to protect them. They then delivered them to the wrong unit number and some guy signed for them and brought them over to the auto body shop. When I called them they told me their policy is basically "once they're signed for they yours".. Even though the guy (at the wrong address) can't legally open them to see if they're damaged. They wouldn't even open a claim with the shipping company. They said I could by another set for 1/2 price... right.... So I told him if he couldn't fix this then I would have to do a stop payment on the credit card. He said "do what you have to do then"... So I did. So in short, don't buy from these guys....
The lip is a Bayson R lip from Ebay. I've bought a couple of parts from him, always good quality.
Thanks Ramonski, it's going to be way better when it's done. The whole car is getting a full re-paint plus a gang of new parts. I'm super meticulous about the car in general, it's hardly ever dirty
