IX to 5.0

The reason for the title is because that's how long it took us to fully detail my car (9-5).

Enjoy!

My fav shirt to wear around him when working on cars :

Thanks.. They're both pretty evenly matched for now. I put down 339 whp, he put down 374 whp, but the weight difference. I'll be putting down 450+ whp soon though.

you did an amazing job sir. how hard was it to buff those scratches off where the handle is on your other thread?
did you do anything to the headlights and taillights? ie, wax/ buff/ clay etc?

Thank you. The scratches on the handles are not actually gone. Waxing that area just takes away the dirt, oil and grime from hands which makes them "disappear". You can remove many scratches, stains and blemishes with the buffer. The handles are too small to squeeze the buffer into. The stains on the mirrors were terrible. No matter how hard I scrubbed, it just wouldn't go away. It's amazing what a buffer can do.

Overall it wasn't hard, just time consuming. The headlights were lightly waxed by hand.. Tailights are untouched.

Ford did a really good job on the new 5.0. Did you get a chance to drive it? I heard the handling is phenomenal.
