I hear what you are saying. These items do need to be securely packaged esspecially if they're being shipped out in an envelope. A small video tape box seems to do the trick if you ask me. But it's no biggy if it does come unaligned. Simple fix.

I got a UK badge about two months ago from z1performance.com. I think I got pretty lucky. I came to this site and saw a link on the homepage to z1 saying that they had the badges. They were supposedly in VERY limited quantity. I ordered one and got it a few weeks later...about $90 total.

My Evo is for the most part stock, but the badge makes everyone think it is more than that. Great addition!!

I was bummed Lancershop was out of the UK badges and I ended up getting mine from Ebay. Cost me like $110, shipping included, and it came directly from the UK in about 10 days.

There's a guy selling one on Ebay right now if anyone is as hard up for one as I was. Ebay Item number: 7911603180

Edit: It's not the same guy I got mine from though.

This seems ridiculous. I bought my Evo 7 badge (prefer the lettering and left off the roman numeral) for $36.50 shipped! That was, I think, from Z1 performance or Lancershop....don't remember...just seems that a part that is mass produced shouldn't hold such a high premium. It looks great, though....really glad I did it. Wish I had a digital camera...it came out perfect and I'm really really picky when it comes to detail. One question I had for everyone (as I may be rebadging a friend's) is how you transfered the letters from the adhesive backing to the trunk lid. I couldn't see a way to peel off the adhesive backing and have the letters transfer to the trunk in one move. I don't get it. I must be missing something. I took each letter and placed it extremely carefully after I taped off the section with carefully aligned masking tape to act as a guide. It worked great but was a lot of (nervous) work. Any help would be appreciated.

I used masking tape along the top edge of the clear plastic on the shiny side of the letters to hold it in place after aligning it. Then I peeled the backing off the letters (leaving them stuck to the clear plastic) and stuck them down as I peeled. Followed up with a roller over the letters before finally removing the clear plastic.
