Update:
Installed new HVAC lights, side markers, and muffler. The car sounds like an EVO now. IR208 is coming way too fast!

I think I've seen this car in Texas, do you know if the previous owner went to UT Austin? He was from Idaho and had those exact seats, and he towed a motorcycle with it.

It looks like it's a poly urethane do-luck style front lip; I would have to say that eBay is probably your best bet.

Update:
Worked with Justin all day and got the car dialed in. Huge shout out to the guy. He is a class act and a genuine good guy! We got all the quirks out of the car and adjusted the wastegate and set a 28PSI tune on E85. The car made more spiking 32PSI, but we dialed it back for safety. Don't mind the fueling part of the VD. Here is 2 pulls with both of us in the car:

Some Updates:
Retuned the car and gained some TQ down low along with some topend HP. Added my JDM tow hook and replaced the lip winter took from me.
