well it did at least. Evo is now wrecked, but the sti is still good. Of course those are nicer than mine

i dont see what your seeing?

the evo doesnt have stretched tires. the sti is a bit stretched.
imo the evo looks very good. right amount of tire and wheel.
OP's evo has 265 tires, which is the right size for a 9.5

very crazy vid, thats just ridiculous lol.
