UPDATED (June 1st): Final words from my adjust is that I'll be getting $22,010 if I don't keep the car.

Insurance just got back to me. Looks like they say the car is worth $21k. Sucks to let this car go. This car was well maintain by me since it was a graduation gift from my brother to me.

Well, long story short this happen on the May 5th (Me and my wife anniversity). Some of the friend and myself decided to go join a local spring opening meet at Full Blown Motorsports. Then all the sudden, there was a storm. We all came home safely, drop off my buddy at his place. On the way to my in laws, some guy decided to make a left turn (guy drive with permit) and didn't see me crossing the street of the intersect. I was going 30mph, then slam on my brake. Since the rain was so hard and the street is cover up with a lot of water, all I could do is lay back and pray to see if the brake would help save my evo. Then I went straight on hitting him head on. Both of my air bag went off. Took the cop and ambulance almost an hour to arrive at the scene. I was taken to the ER for some X-ray and the guy got multiple ticket.

Here are 2 photos I taken at the scene, I will be heading out to the impound lot to get my evo back, hopefully a part out soon.

UPDATED: just got my car out of the impound lot. Seem like the motor shifted and turbo is no longer good. I'm not too sure about the motor now since I could see the block shift toward the firewall.

Crash beam is also on the car. I'm at the impound lot right now to take out the car. Thank god my car is paid off. Let's hope for an Evo X MR so my wife could drive it.
