Why blue? shouldnt it be red if fire/ems? Also whats the gauge cluster layouts from?

 

In Indiana Personally Owned Vehicles (POV) are required to run blue lights. Red is reserved for municipal owned emergency vehicles only.

The Gauge cluster is from a company called AC Autotechnic.
