I have to ask (before this thread gets too long) - Can we please try and refrain from quoting an entire list of pictures when responding? There's nothing more frustrating than trying to look through a thread and finding quotes with all the pictures repeated just to say "wow, nice pic"....

If the winner does not have a "next task" we will go with the runner up, and so on, until we have the next task!! That way when Friday rolls around we don't have to wait for anyone!!

You should update the original post to show that my image won and my task is Unconventional angle.

 

We still have another day of voting. Friday it goes in effect!

 

Damn, scream you're tied with flow. Forgot about ties. What should we do if it ties? I have to work tonight and I will be home late but I'll. Lose the poll then. Probably around 1am

 

The post said the voting closed on Thursday at midnight. When I had posted it was 12:00am Thursday. Unless you meant 12:00am Friday? The post isn't that clear.

At that time I was ahead, a few votes, guess we have a few stragglers.

I'd say for tie breakers extend the voting an extra 24 hours.

 

Oh yeah, midnight is Friday, I'll head in and edit that correctly. It's not going to be an exact science, but the next task should be in effect Friday morning.


How bout this. If there is a tie, the person who submitted their original picture FIRST, it will go to. Doubtful anyone will EVER post their submissions at EXACTLY the same time. That should work. How do you guys feel about that? I don't want to push voting another day.

 

Another thought is that it could be made into photographer's choice of one OR the other, or somehow combine them both.

 

I think its easier to just go with who submitted theirs first to keep the game moving on faster
