So I got myself an Evo last Wednesday. Absolutely love it already. Completely stock IX. Here are some pics I took after I washed it yesterday.

















Looking to get some lowering springs, but that'll be it for a while most likely money permitting.

I would save that money for a retune. The stock tune is restrictive.

Congrats!! Looks pretty clean. I remember when my Evo was stock, (for about 15 minutes) I had parts waiting to go on it before I got it home

 

Yes, a retune, even if you don't change any of the usual parts (intake, exhaust, mbc), I'd suggest TSCOMPUSA unless you have a reputable tuner near you. Lowering springs are a good choice too, but for the love of god, don't put Teins on there. Swift, Works, Robispec, or even Tanabe all work with the stock struts quite well.
