Seriously though, programming, graphics, video, etc. Haven't done CAD since '93. I've been using multiple monitors and a trackball since I can remember (i.e., Photoshop 2.5.1). Typically, the left screen is for my email client and tool palettes, the middle for the app, and the right for my UNIX shells and Web browser.
