The insides of the evo 8 spoiler are carbon fiber (visible). The evo 9 spoiler is also carbon fiber but it's been painted over. To my knowledge, I don't think what you're looking for are for sale anywhere, but I could be wrong.

If you want the carbon fiber to show through, assuming you have an evo 9 (given your username) you'd need to strip the paint on the insides of your evo 9 wing to expose the carbon fiber.

Aren't the Evo 9s made of plastic? I my knowledge only the Evo 8 has a full carbon fiber wing.

That's an evo 8 wing. It's one piece.

You are right. Disregard my previous statement about stripping the paint on the ends of the evo 9 wing. All you'll find if you do that is ABS plastic. Just the middle of the evo 9 wing is cf.

The differences between the 2 wings are in a thread somewhere here on Evom.
In short the differences are:

Evo 8 - Completely carbon fiber, the inside part of the stands are cf, the outside stands are painted. The center section is sturdy and filled with expanding foam. The clear coat is less resistant to fading.

Evo 9 - Wing stands are ABS plastic and painted. The center section is hollow and not as sturdy and rigid because there is no foam. The clear coat is more resistant to fading.

There aren't any major weight differences between the two.
