Question Installed MOMO Pedals

I wanted to bring the blue fabric of the seats down into other areas of my Evo. I saw these pedals and thought they would be perfect. I know they are the "strap ons" but I used medium strength thread locker on the screws and also added a locknut the back of each screw as well. I'm not too worried about them coming off on me at this point. May have some problems taking them off later if need be though .

I am wondering if this would be considered rice at all. My personal opinion is no, but I thought I'd ask the experts here.

Also try not to notice my crappy floor mats. They are the ones and are not doing that well in this Michigan climate. I already have replacements on order.

Only the screws on the clutch pedal seems to poke into the carpet, but I'm going trim them down with a dremel shortly. The other ones don't have that problem but I'll trim them as well.

I really don't like the way those flow, so I guess I will be the first to say it is quite ricey, but hey, each to his own, if you like it, screw my opinion.

I bought them off eBay, but learned that the people I got them from also run a small MOMO site at www.ltbmotorsports.com. They still have the set I bought available.

I've been using this pedal set (blue on aluminum) for 10 months now, they grip better than the stock ones. The spacing is closer than stock, that could be a good thing or a bad thing depends on how wide your shoe is. Personally, I don't think they're rice, they're just some pedals, and they're from Italy

I dunno, I mean they are MOMO, but it looks like a cheap plastic or rubber compound. I really do feel they must drive better than stock pedals, but they look a bit too big and obtrussive. I feel the autovation set is more blanced and better looking, but that's just me.

Those are nice pedals. I had a set of the red ones in my S12 w/CA18DET. One word of advice to you...get some orange cleaner for the rubber...they get really dingy fast. That stuff seemed to clean it up quickly.
