I was picking up some car cleaning supplies at Target and noticed they had Zymol Detail on clearance for $3.89, which is a spray on between waxes wax which removes surface dirt and water spots.

I was feeling guilty about not having waxed my car so I picked some up, and the results are fantastic. I have Apex Silver, and now it just glows. It has carnuba in it so there's some elbow grease required to buff it off, but I got the whole car done in under 30 minutes, so it's good for us lazy guys.

If you happen to be in Target, I recommend picking some up. You can't go wrong for under $4.

 

I just have a problem with spraying the dirt then wiping it off...I would much rather wash the dirt off with suds and water.

 

Thanks for the heads up. I'll give Zymol Detail a go between waxes. I was already excited to try out Zymol's Carbon wax this spring on my Tarmac Black EVO.

 

This stuff is only meant if you have just washed the car or to clean it up if there is very little dirt on the car. Basically gets rid of waterspots. If your car is dirty don't use this stuff or you are going to have scratches everywhere.

 

I guess I should've mentioned that I washed the car first.

 

The Good Zymol stuff for like 40$ a container is really awesome stuff.. It is easy to use and remove and makes the car really shine!!! This is just after a zymol wax down!!!
