Have you tried this little new fangeled invention called the telephone to get in contact with them? They get many orders on a daily basis and while that's no excuse you have to do your part to get in contact with them as well. Depending on what you ordered it may be on back order, or if it's something they don't make they place the order and it may get drop shipped, which after they place the order it's out of their hands. Call them during shop hours tomorrow which is like 10-7. Here's the number........

Not by any means an excuse but, you also placed your order at probably the busiest time of the year. Black Friday. We have shipped well over 1000 packages since then so its very possible its all ready on its way to you.

I have said it many times I believe STM Performance is an Elite shop there products shipping and Customer service have always been top notch The turbo set up is awesome bye the way I am definitley jealous
