Both the Do-Luck and Varis look good. And with having a lowered car, I would be interested in a reasonable priced lip that could be replaced as needed.

I would go for a Monster Sport style lip if the vendor included mouldings or a kit that allowd me to fab up brake cooling ducts, though.

I like the Varis and a rear diffuser like this would be nice.

The carbon fiber look (fake and cheap) would be very nice..

Why not get them to design an all new front end, instead of a lip. If they're a prototyper (sp?) for the OEM's, they obviously could manufacture a well built fiberglass front end so...why not have them build a whole new front end. We could have people submit some designs to have critiqued by fellow Evo owners as a poll.
Maybe I'm reaching out a little too much, but I feel this a really good opportunity to have something designed for the Evo that we could have imput on, have manufactured to a high quality, and hopefully be reasonably priced.
Or maybe not. Tell me if you think this is crazy.

4G63: This is not a crazy idea. Actually it's a DAMN good idea. I will ask and see what the think and if they would be intrested. I'm sure they would if the actual market was there. It takes a ton of engineering to put one of these together though. One that actually would be functional and be priced competitively against other manufactures. Hey there is no harm in asking right? I will see what they say about it. They custom make viper front ends, roofs/caps, front and rear diffusers, everything you can think of. They also custom make vipers for racing from the bottom up. The sky is the limit with these guys. Why not Evo's?

Don't know where $400 number was pulled from, but OEM lip is $129 dealer cost - they quoted me $179. Dealer quoted $429 for the front bumper, so I figure their cost is no more then $350. Both pieces only sold in white.

I would like to keep stock bumper, but would really like a lip/undertray replacement - either as one unit or separate, - and as long as clearance remains the same as stock.
