They are are VIII lights wrapped to look like VII...cheaped out there lol. A guy on Evom does them.

Thanks guys.

Raf72 He used a Canon 5D mk II for the rolling shots...full frame sensor really helps with dark lighting conditions...not sure what lens, shutter speed and aperture settings he used. For the still shot he used a Rebel T3i believe it or not!
