Demon Eyes

I have seen a lot of evo's sporting the red headlight "demon eyes". Is it just an LED strip behind the lenses or is the headlight changed to red? Was wondering the legality of this as well? Thank you

most of the ones ive seen involve installing a red bulb in the projector housing. that way you can turn it on and off instead of painting it.

Paint this part the color you desire with high temp engine paint.

It's illegal in all states I believe. All that's allowed is orange/amber or white. But it does look damn good. Here's a picture of it on my old car.

It's only illegal if it's illuminated like yours. Red paint isn't illegal. Here's an old picture of mine.
