Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I'm still working on minor tweaks here and there, ie now on looks and interior changes.

Yup stock turbo. Right now it is "adequate" for my needs. Comfortable to drive, plenty of power for the narrow curvy roads here in the Japanese countryside.

Yes no plans now for a turbo upgrade. I like the way it drives and I occasionally drive my wife and 1 year old in the Evo so it's ride and performance is just right now!

No cutting or drilling is needed for dash pods. Not everyone wants a "cookie cutter" Evo either. Every other Evo has a triple gauge panel.
