8 Years Later: Still an Evo Owner:
Congrats on keeping the car and not taking that away from you. Telling someone at work the other day, that I've had mine for 10 (aug 04). never been garaged, even sat in my mom's yard for 1 1/2 yr while I was deployed and got settled. No one can believe how nice I've kept it. Paint looks better than those with 2 or 3 yrs her age. It has 115k and always daily driver. Looking at justifying to the wife that taking 15k to rebuild and repaint vice having to pay 25-45k for a new car thats just as fun.
Keep boostin my friend.
Keep boostin my friend.
Had my evo8 for 7yrs, had other cars before, but for some reason the evo cant be replaced...too much fun to drive. I mean dont get me wrong if someone handed me the keys to a GTR I would take it. It may end up being that car an old man keeps in his garage with a car cover...nah bump that I am driving that thing.
Great looking car… similar to where my power is as well… and similar to mine cosmetically… nice to see someone take care of their sweet IX. Thanks for coming back, and thanks for sharing.
Some of you may remember the Apex Silver VIII that had 6,518 miles on it when it was recently sold.
Yeah, but, who cares? I don't know why so many evo owners treat their Evos like theyre exotics. Drive the damn car.
