I'm sure you all know Canadians are spoiled with our 15 year rule.... I started looking for an Evo again recently and decided I should go after my favorite body style... the 4.

Since I want to keep this car for a while, I found a fairly stock '96 one in a Tokyo auction that has 30,000 kms on it. Pretty stock other than wheels, mud flaps, ralley art cat back and Endless brake conversion.......

My driving impression? Its as fast as my Cobb stage 1 X and I feel its more connected to the road. Should be, its 500lbs. lighter.....

May wife and I debate almost daily about moving back to Canada. Would I be superficial in letting this color my opinion. My favorite Evo is the 6 so I guess in a few more years.

 

The Evo 6 is available for import to Canada now. The next Evo available to import is the 6.5 TME that will be available at the end of the year. R34's are also available now. This summer there has been crazy amounts of Japanese cars on the streets.....

If your a motorhead this is a good time to come back....
