Evo 8 w/ Gold Evo 10 BBS

I wanted to change it up a bit, tired of running around on the stock 8 wheels

I found a few pictures online of people putting the Evo X MR BBS on their 8/9s and I thought they looked way better and its not to crazy expensive.

I found a set locally that was in great condition for a good price. I wanted to initially have them powder coated but the prices here are damn near $200 a wheel so I decided to have a shop paint them for me. I asked them to apply an extra coat of gloss to help protect them from chipping.

I got some rubber to wrap them and then put them on the car.

In the end I spent around $1200 for everything and I think they turned out pretty good. It really sets off the white. Only have 300 or so miles on them right now but no signs of chipping and our roads here are still dirty and full of rocks from winter.

sweet, some spacers should make the look a bit more aggressive.

Now I wonder what color I should paint my X BBS. My car is Lightning Yellow. Don't think Gold would work. :}
