Cf side skirt extension durability?

Well, I bought some polyurethane side skirt extensions and they look tacky. I'm contemplating buying some rexspeed Cf ones now.

-My question is how do the CF ones hold up to daily driving?
-Anyone had rocks thrown up and break them?
-Any other bad expieriences?

I have had mine on for about 4-5 years. During that time, my car was daily driven in snow and rain. As long as you keep them screwed-on tight, there aren't any issues. I do have a small 'spider web' below the driver's side rear door area on the extension, and that's with mud flaps...You can always refinish them by wet sanding, and re-applying clear coat. But they are still worth it to me...

I don't get enough snow or rain to worry about that where I live. Im just worried about rocks thrown up. But 4-5 years as a daily with no problems makes me feel alot better.

Thanks for the help

They end even with the lower wheel well edge. To play it safe, on either end (facing the tires), I put a heavy type of clear silicone on to protect the cf. Plus, as you can see, I have the mud flaps all around which help the front at least...
