I'm sorry to be the source of interesting news, but effective today, there will be new Gialla MSRP (List) prices. I've faxed memos to all our dealers, so everyone can be on the same page: FRONT BUMPER $795.00, FRONT BUMPER WITH CARBON DUCTS $995.00, CARBON FIBER VENTED HOOD $1495.00

Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions or concerns.

HAhaha, this is bs...What kinda of businese is these japo into? Rippoff? There is little buyers for this kit as it is, and now they increased the price? WHat's going on here? Well, look like I'm not getting that kit for sure. Can you send my greeding to the japos please? "Take the extra among of money that you have increased for your kit and stick it up your *** one quarter at a time!!!! " There we go.... That would be alot of quarters to do, so I suggest that they start about now....Peace.....

The bumpers are constructed out of fiberglass. The hoods are made out of carbon fiber.

It's still fiberglass. I believe it actually costs less for a company to produce body products out of urethane than it would out of the grade of fiberglass Gialla uses to make their products. If the products were to be made out of urethane, the prices should, theoretically, go down. The quality of Gialla's fiberglass materials and construction is extremely top notch.

Not really....considering that the products are more sought after than C-West parts, and still cost less.

Actually, there are more buyers present than you would like to admit. =) We work with several vendors, and all do a great job in marketing these products. However, to get back to the subject matter here, the greatest factor behind the price increase is the currency value of the Japanese Yen against the US Dollar . As you may not be entirely aware of, the US Dollar is the most stable currency in the world. EVERY single foreign country rates their currency value against the US Dollar. I'm sorry you take the price increase personally, but from my perspective, there's only one angle I can see it as and that is, in one word: Business. ...as once stated in a great movie, "Please don't be hatin'" Pretend that these were the prices introduced to the US market from the very beginning.

Not trying to start anything, but I believe this is true cuz C-West is on such a large back order or something so you end up getting something else. I should know I bought my C-West kit in October and am stll waiting.

I'm not caving in on something I didn't want in the first place. Also, I live in the midwest and we experience significant teperature fluctuations during the year so the FRP kits will eventually crack, and C-West is the only manufacturer of PFRP kits for the Evo that I know of.
