Yeah - Impressive quality. Who makes it? How much?

BTW - Carbon Fiber looks best on black - EVERYONE knows that.

Sorry for the delayed response guys. I appreciate all the complements. here are the hood details.

Brand: Fiber Images
Cost: $625 Before shipping
Shipping Cost: $75 to a business (I had it shipped to my work)
$125 to a residential address
Clear Coat Cost: $100 (although you can get it clearcoated by a local shop maybe for less.
Fiber Images outsources there clearcoats at a local body shop as well.)
Composition of Hood: Fiberglass Shell with Carbon Fiber top.
Weight of hood: Stock Weight was 19lbs without the vent
CF Weight is 11lbs without the vent
(the vent should add on around two pounds)
Workmanship: TOP QUALITY!!!!
Size and Fit: Identical to stock hood.

Any other questions?

the Stock hood was just under $800 dollars to replace and that is non-painted. with the paint labor I was looking at $1200-$1300. Which is what the insurance company gave me to replace the hood. So I made a little money off my EVO. go figure.

Looks nice. I wonder if there is any company that makes a solid CF hood? Without the plastic inner shell.
