I prefer the stock evo look 2 that also. That bumper just looks to out there for me. Dude ur silver one with the factory canards looks 100% better to me. His hood is hot, but why mess with a perfectly good lookin front to begin with?

hmm does anyone know if you can buy the gialla front end without the carbon air damn but buy it seperately later and install it?

looks ok. I agree that the yellow doesn't look good with the gailla. actually the yellow is my least favorite color of all the evo colors!

Yellow is my least favorite color on an evo too, but then again I always said I would drive any evo, even if it was pink with orange polka dots

Yeah you can buy the bumper without the c/f airdamns, my buddy actually planned on this but for some reason when the bumper came in it came with them. They seem to be rivetted in so removal would be difficult, after waiting 4 months to get his car back I don't think it bothers him too much, he did have to dish out an extra like $150-$200 for them I think though, don't quote me on that price.

EvoRider36, thanks for the compliment on my Apex Silver, I read somewhere back in the day, I think on the Japanese Evo website, that the optional Mitsu canards were tested extensively in the windtunnel, they make the car feel very nice at highway speeds. When a lady backed into me this summer I had to wait a few days to put them on the new bumper because I had to get my clear bra reapplied, the car felt so strange at higher speeds.

the problem isn't the fact that its yellow, its that the car is otherwise totally STOCK. lower that *****, put on some gold 18s and I think it would come together pretty nicely...

I think it is just the angle.. the Gialla front doesn't look bad at all on our Sliver Evo

I'm not a huge kit fan but I do like this kit, on the yellow it is a little busy, but looks very agressive, I agree it is a little toned down on a silver car, I guess my only real complaint is how flimsy the hood is.

It actually doesn't look bad with the stock hood. I'm going through the same thing now, wondering what will look best. It doesn't even look bad on the yellow, as long as you go with the stock hood. Otherwise, I think it looks too busy.
